DIGITAL ACCESSIBILITY

Digital Accessibility for Duferco Mobility

We strongly believe that the internet should be available and accessible to everyone, and we are committed to providing accessible contact points to the widest possible audience, regardless of circumstances and abilities.

To this end, Duferco Mobility Srl collaborates with AccessiWay, a partner specializing in digital accessibility, to adhere as much as possible to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

These guidelines explain how to make web content accessible to people with a wide range of needs: blind or visually impaired individuals, people with motor, cognitive, neurological, or sensory disabilities.

Adhering to WCAG and the technical support from AccessiWay helps us ensure that the site is usable by the widest possible number of people, in compliance with the principles of inclusivity and current regulations.

Notes, Comments, and Feedback

Despite our efforts to allow anyone to adapt the site to their needs, there may still be pages or sections that are not fully accessible, are in the process of becoming accessible, or do not have a technological solution in place to make them so.

We are continuously working to improve our accessibility by adding, updating, and enhancing options and features, as well as developing and adopting new technologies. All of this is aimed at achieving an optimal level of accessibility, in line with technological advancements.

If you wish to contact the website representative for any notification or feedback, please use the following e-mail address: compliance@dufercoenergia.com

We are currently in the process of adaptation and working to make the site compliant with WCAG accessibility criteria

The official Accessibility Statement will be published shortly, once the technical analysis of the content is completed and remediation activities for any identified errors have been initiated.
